Apartment renovation is an intricate process that requires preparation, permissions, and financing.
You have to know your process and plan, both in terms of the function of the finished apartment and how it looks. Funding is another factor. This project was challenging as it was to be completed within just 6 days!
A Refreshed thing/place always makes us feel better and more confident about the things going on.
Fortunately, we were lucky to have a skilled, hardworking team to make this work. Balancing time and budget was a task. The walls were to be painted with plastering, cleaning. The furniture and the arrangements to be changed, basically a new look to the old one. The raw material was sourced with the best quality within their budget.
First, we wanted to do some electrical work followed by plumbing, it would make the space more functional. We originally planned to paint the walls white, but after the walls were sanded and primed, we opted for a white-blue combination look instead.
Unfortunately, in between, we were not allowed by society to work due to pandemic circumstances. But with the desire to achieve and complete the project we managed to do the same.
The result is a gorgeous home!
